Sometimes the body can throw areas into unexpected discomfort, pain and become less flexible. The range of Therapies are largely based around massage but use extras such as hot and cold stone which primarily gives relief through heat applications and soothes with cooled stones. A crystal “wand” works on knots in muscle tissue and the electrical trigger point release massager is helpful with long term tightness.
We also offer advice with stretching and some weight bearing exercises you can practise at home or in the gym. We believe in supporting the surrounding areas by encouraging muscles to work correctly together.

Hopi Ear Candling
We've had a lot of feedback from customers saying how soothing and relaxing this treatment is.
The effect of the candle is to encourage the movement of the natural hairs in the ear canal to gently and naturally encourage wax, debris and dust away from the eardrums where it can be easily wiped away. Expect to see and hear results within a couple of days. This treatment is followed with a lymphatic drainage massage to the face and neck.

Nails, hands & feet
I find many women and some men are concerned with their nails and surrounding skin.
Nailtiques is an incredibly effective nail and hand care range that starts giving results from the first manicure. Flaking, weak and brittle nails is the No.1 problem but with regular treatment and take-home products nails can quickly improve until the strong healthy nail is restored.
Similarly, small spurs of skin around the nail can appear and become very sore. With the correct help the cuticle and skin around this area can be softened and less prone to splitting and subsequent soreness.
When it comes to conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and chapped skin I recommend a combination of vital oil products from the Essentially Yours range alongside Nailtiques treatment to help keep these conditions under control.
Dry skin on the feet is easily combated during a pedicure with the expert use of exfoliating systems to suite the severity of the skin. Heated boots help push conditioning oils and creams into the skin for a silky smooth finish.

Check your nails!
I have come across so many feet that have mild nail fungal infections, so remember to check your nails. If any part of the nail:
- looks pale and opaque
- looks as if it has lifted away from the flesh underneath (usually seen at the edges of the nail)
- has excessive layers of flakiness (usually on the toe nails)
- has excessive thickening of the nail
- has dark patches under the nail as if bruised, accompanied by excessively thick nail
- has green patches under the nail
- has a new nail growing under the existing one
Then ask your GP or pharmacist for advice but it does take time for it to be effective.
HD Brows & more
Eyebrow and eyelash tinting
A natural enhancement to your lashes, brows or both using vegetable dyes. A patch test 24hrs before this service is a must as tinting cannot be carried out without this.
